Penis glans skin dry and wrinkled from last 4+ months. I didn't notice it. I had sex in Dec 2018. Apply some lotion on my penis before sex but I washed it immediately with bodywash. After 2-4 days I noticed glans bottom ridge get dark red. As you can see in the pictures. I consulted with dermatologist first, he have me Candid-B for applying on penis. After 20 days got no relief. Then I diagnosied some STI (Chlamydia, HSV, TPHA, VDRL) which are came Negative. Now I am getting treatment from a urologist from last 15 days, he also gave me Candid-B and oral medicine.

Anyone here can suggest what is exactly this. And how can I diagnosis it and treatment.imageimageimageimage

Hi there, I have responded in detail to your other post as detailed below for other readers …
What I will add here is that you should never use body wash, shower gels or lotions, or soap to clean the head area of your penis - use water only and make sure the head of your penis is completely dry when you have washed it. If you are not circumcised draw the foreskin as far forward as you can to protect the head and inner foreskin when you take a shower - if you are circumcised you need to ensure that you fully rinse any body cleansers from your penis to remove them, then, fully dry the head area of your penis first.
When your penis looks like this you should never apply anything that is petroleum oil based, such as baby oil or lotions, skin creams and lotions, or any form of oil based Lube.
