Experiencing itchiness and sometimes painful urination. Also there is a cut on top of my clit and the bottom opening of my vagina and white disharge on the top of my vagina. Sometimes I itch down there and I've been scratching so now on the outside of my lips are red, looks irritated! I had a yeast infection almost 3 months ago and the dr prescribed a pill, but I guess me and my husband had sex before I even got better because I had my period and after that I started experiencing itchiness again and same chunky white disharge. She told me it didn't look like an std or anything else, it also has a fishy smell as well. Someone please help! I've been needing to go back to Dr just haven't had time me and hubby are always busy running around with our kids.
Fishy smell started after 1st visit to dr.
I had the same issue only my discharge wasn't chunky .. It was like clear whiteish almost like semen ...
I also had a fishy smell .
It was a BV . So nothing to serious but you should definitely get antibiotics quick and then get the medicine .
But just go to the doctor to make sure nothing else is wrong and all keep me updated !!

You could have a recurrent episode of thrush which is quite common for many women. If you are unsure about your symptoms being thrush then you should try and make time to your GP again who might examine you or even take a swab. This could lead to an alternative diagnosis, perhaps BV as suggested by another user.
