Once we know how to fight and Control the Anxiety, I do feel some of us do become a bit careless... especially when we know how something that used to terrify us, can now be controlled.
YOU ARE NOT A FAILURE.
EVERY DAY YOU ARE IMPROVING.
Take it one step at a time.
absolutely you're NOT a failure. the fact that you're asking such a question demonstrates you're working on perfecting your approach to your anxiety.
btw, there's no such thing as a 'failure'. it's just a case of not getting the outcome u expected. so you'll just need to reflect & evalauate & try a modified approach with the new knowledge you now have.

Kelly - I have felt that way sometimes too but YOU ARE NOT A FAILURE. by the fact that you are working at it - and that, my dear, is the most important thing. If you don't take care of yourself, nothing else in your life will work. Believe me I know. So, keep on truckin' and American term for keep on going. You will succeed, in time, but you will.
