Anyone struggle with Intercranial Pressure with thyroid issues?

I went to the ER saturday with the worst headache of my life; even after meds there was no relief. Normal CT, low TSH in labs, low but normal t4 and t3 - so the doc insisted on spinal tap. normal pressure is under 20, and I had 29 pressure in my spine/skull... Doc then removed excess spinal fluid to relieve pressure and it helped immensely.

I have low TSH, but all other symptoms present as hypo. I've researched some connections between levothyroxine and intracranial pressure - hoping for answers soon.... 18 days until my next appt.

I have hypothyroidism which after 4 years of constantly changing medication I’m now on 175mg levothyroxine for 5 days and 150mg for 2 days. I was diagnosed in Dec 2014.

Just a year or two before I was diagnosed with idiopathic intercranial hypertension IIH. I started on Topiramate but after going through chemotherapy  in 2016 which disrupted the medication I am now on propranolol and Gabapentin.

We tried coming off the meds(Gabapentin/propranolol) in Aug 2017 but immediately the most horrendous headaches returned and I was put back on the meds.

I am also struggling with my weightloss and they say weight/ obesity increases the IIH.

Hope you get some relief
