I'm starting a course tomorrow hoping it will help my body flush out the bad stuff and help strengthen my immune system. Just wondering if anyone has tried this?

A family friend is a lymphoedema specialist. And has been massaging lots of people with chronic type complaints. They also have an infared machine which is being said to help people with unexplained pain but it's still in the early stages of research.
