Hello everyone
On my relentless search for alternatives to HRT I discovered Progesterlle? Has anyone tried it and did you find it useful. Among my endless symptoms it seems my interest in sex has literally vanished and even thinking about it is disgusting to me! I seem to be numb these days.
Any comments on the above or any suggestions would be fantastic!
I have tried many alternative therapies. But to tell
U the truth none really worked hence I went on HRT. Now I stopped it. But as I mentioned I think for me it is more anxiety than anything else and since being put on citalopram it is all bearable.
What's progestetelle cream? How is it different from progesterone?
get you totally natacha66 although citalopram didn't work for me I have been on another antidepressant for many years. thanks for replying x
