How are they working for you? I've pretty much exhausted numerous SSRIs and SNRIs. I know they're older and a bit "dirtier," but strangely from everything I've read, they seem in a way superior to a lot of the newer drugs in terms of customer satisfaction. I'm thinking this is the next route I want to take. Specifically Clomipramine or Imipramine. I have panic disorder, which in turn wreaks havoc on my system and runs me down, leading to depression also.
I am at same stage but i think some of the older ones can be bad for the heart, depends how old you are.
i am through with ssri,snri sari as they haven't helped me.
do let me know if you follow this route.
The only experience I've had with the older type is, don't quote me, but lithium, a friend close to me was on it years back and it literally brought him back to a 100% then after a bit he went for blood work and his level were off the chart with some kind of poisoning you get from it? So they had to take him but everything I hear is they work the best however with the worst downside
