I was on this combo for quite awhile and did awesome .. now just upping the Effexor to 75 and adding back in the Prozac at 20 and having a tremendous amount of am anxiety, no appetite, hard to sleep .... only on week 3 of the 20 . Looking for some positive help if possible . Much much thanks ❤️

most probably placebo effect, evidence suggests anti depressants aren't effective,

Hi there I have been on Prozac for a long time, daily dose of 40mg daily. Because of being through a really stressful time I went up to 60 Prozac but didn’t feel it was doing anything - my doc suggested I take 37.5 Venlafaxine along with prozac, I was on this combo for a week then he upped the Ven to 75 and lowered the prozac to 40 . I still feel very sad and depressed, am I expecting too much as I have only been taking the Venlafaxine for a short time ?
