I started my period for the first time in 2 years (I'm on the nexplanon) I'm just now ending my period and it has been very itchy in that area, I looked tonight and seen one single blister looking bump in with my Fordyce spots. does it look like herpes or am I over thinking? 
my area has also been very red I have a rough history with yeast infections where I tend to get them all the time. 
i would say you are over thinking it
i dont think its herpes and just a more prominant spot to the rest of the skin
