ive got fordyce spots near where my banjo string is on the skin just below the penis head. they are quite prominant and they stick out a lot as there is a lot of them. i was wondering is there anyway to get rid of then as im quite self consious about them

i had them, i went to my derm and he did 3 sessions of cryotherapy. after 3 they became barely noticeable and the skin was smoother. no scarring either! but they are very common too which you need to understand. something like 1 in 5 men. and also very common in women too.
