Soooooo im back again with another diagnosis made by me and colleague google. Which is appendicitis. And more specifically appendicitis caused by cancer that i believe I have for a month now since a few times blood appeared on my stool. It was like one or two red drops. And I have had constipation for like 2 weeks that got kind of better after my period came. Also I dont feel like eating. Not really totally out of appetite, but it sure is decreased. I have felt kind of weak yesterday, might have been caused by drinking a little on new years eve (im 18)... In the evening, i have felt this needle pain like 2 cm on the right side from my belly button. It gets worse when moving, stretching. Not really severe, but i can sure feel it. The pain travelled to my bladder. Also, when i squeeze my bladder, i can feel the needle stab. But when i squeeze the point where it is stabbing, it doesnt hurt at all. Its been like 20 hours since i have felt the first stab, so i dont know what to do.Im a huge hypochondriac so I always assume the absolute worst and the absolute best is on the end of the list. It was my new years resolution to not freak out about health, but there we go, i already broke that promise. Im kind of afraid that im going to get the appendicitis in Turkey since I have to leave in like 20 days for a bussiness trip.. Well well.
Please help me. I am kinda freaking out
I didn't real all of it so if i get something wrong I apologize lol. But Google is a ton of lies when it comes to health. Nothing is really trustworthy. The diagnosises are very generald & do not apply to everyone. They are worse case scenarios. Symptoms like heart palps, dizziness, chest pain, headaches, irregular bowel movements, fatigue, blurred vision, nausea, etc. can mean literally anything & unfortunatley their anxiety symptoms. Anxiety symptoms cannot hurt you. It's literally impossible lol.
Appendicitis? You'd know if you've had that. An excruciating amount of pain. You don't even need an appendix lol move on. I once had blood in my stool & it was nothing.
Cancer? In a month? That's like 90% curable.
To me, it's sounds like an ovarian cyst, or painful ovulation. Now ovarian cyst are like the worst pain i ever felt because it burst. But, it's highly treatable & very common. Over 3 million a year. Us girls have to go through tough times with our bodies but they make us stronger lol. I'm not saying that's what you have, but to me it sounds like a reproductive organ problem.
I'm only 16 btw but I know how you feel lol. I've had my visits to the er way too many times. But we're young. Don't be scared you straight lol. Just keep ya head up. Whatever is wrong im pretty sure it's not that serious no matter houw painful it is. But if you do have pain in your ovaries, usually one sided, can't stand up straight, just in like reallllly bad pain, i would go to the hospital to make sure it's not a cyst.

Talk to your GP, you will not be happy until you are seen, tugged and pulled ??
It would be a shame if you did not get to Turkey, we traveled all over their really lovely country
