I’m afraid I may have appendicitis Because I’m having slight pain in lower right abdomen can some one help me out plz

Generally speaking appendicitis pain is notoriously intense. If you get appendicitis, you'll know for sure right away, it isn't a slight pain. If you're worried though, gently press down on the area where your appendix is located and quickly release. If you feel searing, unbearable pain when you do this, go to the hospital. Otherwise you should be fine.

I recommend going to the hospital and have someone take a look asap.

I had severe pain, vomiting and no fever. Until the ultrasound was conducted, they weren't sure. I was rushed to surgery.

Let us know how it turns out.

Appendicitis pain would not just be a slight pain; it would be excruciating and you would likely be vomiting as well.  However, see your doctor to resolve your worries.
