I discovered Apple cider vinegar when I was having a gallstone attack. It has worked marvelously. Now I started taking apple cider vinegar pills and I can see that I’m losing weight. Also, when I was doing apple cider liquid my blood work showed my sugar level normal. I went off apple cider vinegar for a few months and then had another blood work done and the sugar was very high, like diabetic high. Anyone have similar or contrary stories to share?
yes ACV is the only thing that helped me with my gallbladder disease. Helped greatly with the attacks. Also drank it everyday. It helps you lose weight and burn fat. ACV is very good for our systems too. It flushes out you esophagus and stomach. And travels through all of your intestines and bowel. Very good for blood diseases too. People can benefit from ACV. Thanks for your experiences. It will help many people in this forum.![]()
Greetings, Yes absolutely! I had gall bladder removal surgery 3 1/2 years ago, & I do take apple cider vinegar capsules daily as well. I believe that they do help with the many challenges regarding digestion & the constant acid drip, from no longer having a gall bladder. I also take a “digestive helper” capsule from an AWESOME Company called Wellness Resources, which is amazing & helps all my current symptoms. I also take a detox helper from this same company, it also has milk thistle in it’s ingredients which is very helpful for those of us with no gall bladder. We must take care with what we eat as well. Greasy, spicy foods, & dairy products are some to avoid if possible, yet I eat many of these anyways and these suppliments I’ve mentioned above work amazingly, so I do not have to deal with the problems that these types of foods create. Best Wishes to all my gall-bladderless Family out there!
