Has anyone taken apple cider vinegar for ibs and if so does it help?
Yes, it helped to an extent (especially with bloating) but is not enough alone in my experience. I would suggest keeping a food/symptom diary to try to eliminate your triggers, go on periodic ibs friendly diet weeks- cutting out starch and limiting fats, and i would especially recommend probiotic supplements.
Thanks for the answer, I am taking probiotics and have kept a food/symptom diary. I know some food irritates, so avoid those. Hopefully I will be able to control the cramps I get with IBS. Someone has suggested Aloe Vera.
