ive heard apple cider vinegar helps with outbreaks topically? do you dilute this before using it. Also heard the tablets are good at stopping them has anyone any info on this please
ive been using apple cider vinegar diluted with water and just apply it on a cotton ball and onto the clean area after every shower but now im applying it three times a day! And its been working pretty good for me…its bringing out all of the sores and starting to get into the final stage very fast… my OB just developed two days ago im just experiencing the pain… not much of the itch. but i most def suggest ACV to speed up the healing process.. i never heard about the pills.
