Scheduled Aquablation of Prostate for next month During pre-op discussion they commented that they use TURP to "clean up" any fragments left from procedure Has anyone else had a similar experience?

That is common. Search the Youtube about Aquablation to know how a surgeon performs the procedure. How is the prostate size?

I dont know that most would call it turp, but they use the electro cautery tool to stop the major bleeding and scoop out the fluffy tissue after the aquablation. Not every surgeon does it but many do.
