no idea why that reply needs to be moderated. but if you google it, these two veggies CAN be not so healthy to eat when you've thyroid probs. especially goitre.
I have had underactive thyroid since birth but have never heard this. I eat both frequently but not usually together.

I don't know the reason why but in many publications I have read about UAT it says avoid Crucifrrous veg (cauli, brocali,sprouts and cabbage) other things on the list are soya, peanuts, gluten but I am gluten free and have been for 15 years.
