I'd keep it under wraps from HR though. The company I work for used to do this for the employees, and the company would match the $ amount taken in. So if we collected $400, then we'd end up with $800 in the pot.
Well, some people were doing dangerous things like taking water pills or going to the sauna before final weighins. Needless to say, those people ruined it for the rest of us. Our company is so scared of being sued, that it no longer approves. Seeing as nothing formal was sent out saying that we can't do it...... a group of us decided to get our own little weight loss competition started. We just don't talk about it.....Lol.

Bonjour Jeremy, je suis à 3 ans post-opération de la hanche la semaine prochaine. J'ai repris la natation 6 mois après l'opération, mais seulement en crawl et en dos crawlé, comme conseillé. J'ai introduit la brasse après 1 an et maintenant je fais 30 longueurs 3 fois par semaine. La chose vraiment bizarre, c'est que ma jambe ne fait pas l'arc habituel de toute façon. Elle fait un peu comme un plouf, tandis que l'autre fait les jambes de brasse habituelles. Pas très gracieux, mais je m'en sors. Je pense que nos corps se prennent en charge dans une certaine mesure. Agree about our bodies! Also, what you say about swimming is a good basis for my foray into the pool - now tomorrow actually!
