Are my knees ok?

I have this knee problem whenever i go upstair or lift something heavy my knee will pain afterward. 

I went to doctor and do x-ray examinate, the doctor said my knee are fine probably overuse he just gave me pain killer. Is it possible my knees cartillage are gone? the doctor said you cant tell the cartillage is gone by x-ray. is it true?

An x-ray can certainly tell certainly show lack of cartillage. You need a MRI for more detailed assessment. Such as tears in meniscus or ligaments.

Based on this x-ray, are my knees ok?

Hi, if a doctor tells me he can't get any clue to the health or appearance of cartillige in your knee from an x-Ray. I would move on to another doctor.
