This week I just started having narrow stools. Other symptoms are itching and painless lumps near anus that go away (or go back inside) AFTER a BM.
Hi Zelda, I would not be worried, it does sound like H…roids, they can be internal &/or external…you can use an ointment like Anusol or something similar, to help the swelling go down, it should help the itch too…keep your bum clean…soak in a shallow bath of warm salt water, then pat dry 1-2 × day…they should be much better in a week or so, be sure not to get constipated or be straining, it makes them worse…aim for 20g fiber/day drink plenty of water…if that doesn’t help you can ask your Dr or Pharmacist about a stool softener(even though they are OTC, if you have health issues or take other meds, ask your Dr first…Good Luck:wedding:
