I went on holiday for a week and forgot to take my cut with me so had to go without. I’ve tried to come off them before but didn’t like the withdrawal effects. Been off 8 days now and wondering if the worst is over and to not go back on them. Bad nightmares, disturbed sleep, sweating are all still going on but I’m also forgot to take my HRT and the symptoms are similar. Advice please
Yea I tried to get off them one time it’s like a drug addict u get all the bad withdrawals but I think it’s supposed to be only up to 2 weeks and u will be fine but ask your doctor
withdrawal symptoms can be difficult ,but if you wish too come off them ,it will subside over 3/4 weeks
