What grade of HH do you have? I have a grade A (not serious) but don't get frequent reflux so only occasionally take the pills. As far as I know there are no new advances in surgery). What diet regime do you follow as that would be the most effective way of controlling it?

i have a small hiatal hernia..it causes esophagitis and reflux..i get chest pains when.i walk or do daily chores..i avoid spicy foods and red meat and bread..takes lots of yogurt..still get chest pains..
