Are these bumps genital warts? They are about a week new.

I went to the doctor and he said its not but he only looked for 2 seconds. my girlfriend does not have any but these raised bumps are new and i have a few in the pubic hairline also.

Looks like Condyloma… maybe check the anus too and go to a dermatologist…

This is NOT how genital warts present themselves. It is a shame the Doctor did not tell you what they actually are - I am guessing you are a young man under the age of 32?
These are most likely Fordyce Spots - some men get them that completely cover, usually the underside of the main shaft of the penis and can be very prominent. Obviously you may develop far more of these - if you want a different opinion go to a Sexual Health Service provider …

yeah went to the doctor and he said it was nothing. he was right they went away after a while! the doctor also said as you age the skin on your penis (just like your body) may change. it was probably from chaffing or friction. its completely gone now anyway.
