the bigger ones i dont have any symptoms though
That is definitely not herpes. Herpes bumps turn into blisters, ulcerate, and then scab over. Those bumps really don’t look like anything, it just appears to be your skin texture. Is there any discomfort? Are you confident that they have not always been there, or could they have been but you’ve just noticed?
