The white spots don't itch or really bother me by any means, the area is really red because i had to keep messing with the area to tak@e the picture. And because i'm freaking out.

Yes, the tiny bumps are simply sebaceous glands but can’t see the red bump you are referring to.

its gonna be on the right side when your looking at the photo its just a bigger red bump than the others.

Possibly a sebaceous cyst or minor folliculitis, but can’t be sure.
