Hi there! I was staring at my vagina today (as one does) and I happened to notice these small spots scattered among my inner labia majora, and on my labia minora. I feel like I recall seeing them at a different point in time, so I've probably had them for a while. They are not itchy, stingy, and they do not seem to disappear and reappear. They seem to be entirely painless; in fact, I wouldn't have noticed them if I hadn't been looking.
I have only been with one sexual partner in my entire life (who I am still with after almost 2 years), and we've used condoms every time we've had sex. He's also never performed oral sex on me. Just providing this info.
The only reason I'm so nervous about these is because I've been on oral birth control for a while now and we'd like to start having sex without a condom. I'd feel so terrible if I gave him something!
They are fordyce spots nothing to worry about.

are these bumps around your clitoris area and do they feel soft and smooth to the touch ?
yes, that’s when they become really visible
there are some there as well, albeit fewer
have you had a yeast infection just lately as well?
they seem to become more visible after an infection.
Not a yeast infection, but I did recently have a UTI that was treated with antibiotics
antibiotics can and will give you yeast infections. hopefully you didn’t develop one in the mist of treating the UTI. How do the fordyce spots look now ?
