Are these fordyce spots? (Photos)

Hi, I was wondering if i could get you guys' opinion on these little bumps. They are located on the inner part of my foreskin and have been there for a long time, as far as i remember. They don't itch or cause any pain/discomfort. From what i've researched, they appear to be fordyce spots. But i wanted to hear you guys' thoughts. Thank you

yes that is exactly what they look like. not a problem or cause for concern
