Hello, i have had those white dots on my foreskin for a while. After googling I came to the conclusion that they look like fordyce spots, but I am not sure. I've never experienced pain, just itching a few times. A few friends scared me about it, and I am a bit paranoid about stuff like that, that's why I decided to ask. Also I have a tight foreskin, but never experienced pain when pulling it back. I've never had any sexual contacts so far.
