Yes,possibly. She needs to go to a sexual health clinic or her doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment. You need to go with her as you may be infected yourself,even if you have no visible warts.
looks like molluscom contagiosum. i had one that looked just like it. My doctor lanced it and cored out the middle. it never grew back. they are contagious if you tocuh them. the virus sheds from the growth itself. she needs to see a doctor. fyi i am not a medical professional.
