



Okay so listen to the logic of what you say: you said these showed up before you started to have sex.
So the golden rule with this is that the vast majority of problematic issues start showing up once you have sexual contact, and as you know unprotected penetrative and receiving oral without protection are the high-risk factors.
So what are they then? They could actually be warts, some of them - that is, warts on your genitals but not genital warts if you follow what I am suggesting.
Some could even be something like Fordyce Spots that have not developed in the way they normally would.
The other general rule is that if something has been there for a number of years, and it was problematical, you sure would know about it long before now and would have had to get treatment for it, otherwise the problem, more often that not, would continue to develop.
If you want an actual identification of what they actually are you would need to see a Urologist or a sexual health specialist I would suggest
