Ive noticed these two little splotches on my shaft. They are very slightly raised and almost blend in with my skin color there. Ive used a penis pump multiple times and was thinking it could be from broken vessel or something. Or do they look like warts? theres also this small one on my pubic mound that is more raised but kinda looks like a mole.
Might be mollescum also .
