Are these genital warts or penile lesions? Are they harmful??

Ive had these bumps right below my shaft for a long time now, can someone please tell me weather if they are harmful warts, or they are normal? My doctor says they are normal but i'm kind of not trusting him so much.

Hi Alex they could be Tyson spots maybe but not sure? Have you any on the other side of the frenulum?

they are totally normal. Quite a high percentage of men have them.
