I noticed these little spots on my penis years ago and never thought much of them but after recent oral sex with a stranger I've been paying a lot more attention down below and I think more spots have appeared. I was urinating a lot also and went to the clinic last week to get tested for Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, HIV and Syphilis, All tests were negative but now I've noticed these bumps on my penis and I can't tell if they were already there or I'm freaking out.I am going to try and get an appointment next week to look at the spots but it's difficult. Those don't look like anything to worry about - probably Fordyce spots. Didn't the doctors at the clinic look at your penis when you were tested before?
Thanks for your reply. No, The doctors never looked at the clinic. It wasn't until next day that I was paying a lot more attention downstairs and felt like I could see more lumps. I've attached another pic, I feel it's more noticeable when I stretch the skin. I've been really anxious about it and checking every time I go to the toilet which probably doesn't help anything.
