Are these genital warts? Please help..

hey guys, i noticed these clusters or lesions on my perineum.Just wondering if anyone knows if they could be genital warts. I just started a new relationship last year and we've been having sex since September. they are itchy mostly at night and never for long periods. they are soft to touch.

looks like genital warts -they usually have a whitish appearance especially on darker skin .
That is what my gynecologist told me
