Are these genital warts? Should i be concerned?

Hi everyone I have only received oral sex and my partner is clean, so am I given we are still young I recently noticed these little bumps on the side of my penis, they are on both sides Should I be concerned?

they look very like genital warts you should have them checked at a clinic

Maybe hair follicles or fordyce spots? Hard to say as the image is a bit out of focus.
