are these genital warts? help please

I don’t think these are genital warts. Is the first photo showing lumps above the pubic area (mons pubis)? Genital warts are not usually found there and the second photo of your inner thighs shows a number of discrete lesions. I think you have molluscum contagiosum, a viral STD of adults. Here a close-up taken from Dermnet NZ (below).
I suggest you see your doctor to confirm the diagnosis and get tested for other STDs. If all you want is treatment, go to your local drugstore or pharmacist and ask for 5% potassium hydroxide (Molutrex, etc).
