had unprotected sex with a girl in december 2019. very rough drunk sex for like 2 hours she deepthroated and it really hurt my penis. i had alot of inflammation and redness ever since that. now ive noticed these bumps. idk if its HPV or just skin tag development or abnormal skin from the constant irritation and inflmmation. has anyone ever had anythung that looked like this before?? been to doctors and all STD tests negative so im thinking possibke HPV. penis gets easily irritated sometimes itchy periodically
