been having for bout a month or so now can get itchy dont know if its cold sores, herpes or allergic reaction. bumps are only on the inside corners of my lips.

i don’t think you have anything to worry abt. im no doctor but the spot you’re pointing at seem to look like forcyde spots on the upper top lip i hope this gave you some closure
