From the picture, it is hard to tell, those could also be warts or a simple skin infection. I would head to a doctor while the lesions are there so that you can get a biopsy. For women, their is a swab test, but I am not sure if they use that same test on men. If they do, please ask for the swab. I wish you the best of luck!
I am no professional, but there’s definitely something going on there. It looks like herpes, but it could be a number of things. My advice is still to go to a doctor because whatever it is, it is not supposed to be there. Do you have any other symptoms?
Also, warts usually have no symptoms (itch, burn, etc.), but in some cases they do. Herpes are usually the skin lesions that cause the itchiness and the pain. Go to the doctor to ease your mind.
this looks like the end stages of a herpes outbreak. i would go visit your local health clinicto have them swabbed.
