****ive had these spots for about a week and a half now. do they look like herpes?

I am not a doctor, but are you having any other symptoms? It looks like it could be.

well ive been having body aches for about 3 weeks now and also have been constipated for about a week. the sores do not hurt at all tho.

If it is not hurting, I would just keep an eye on it. Maybe get a doctor to look at it!
