i noticed these little bumps about a week ago on my pubic region. at first there were only a few but some have gone away and more have popped up. i havent experienced any itching, pain, or any other symptoms. it looks like the bumps are where hair follicles are but im not sure. i havent had any recent sexual partners and have only ever received oral. this is the first time ive had this happen and im super anxious. any input would be helpful
