i noticed these two nights ago and they look like ingrown hairs and thats usually what i would chock it up to be, but there are three of them. theyre not itchy but they are slightly painful. thoughts???
these look like infected hair follicles. i would not shave for a week or so throw out your old razor. if the bumps open up into sores get them checked.
