Are these natural bumps or a STD?

Hi

For the past 3 years I’ve been more conscious about my body

And around last year I found tiny bumps on my glans

Sometimes the skin on my glans gets irritated and I feel a little burning sensation

I read some similar discussions saying that this is a reaction caused by using soap on the glans and dry masturbation… etc (which makes sense to me)

Around last week I was making out and I was wearing a boxer that is not cotton, I had a boner for some time and it kept rubbing on the boxer, also at night when I get a boner I hump the mattress for a very short while

They next morning I found a very tiny bump on my glans which I don’t think was there before (still I’m not sure if it existed before)

Yesterday the new bump looked dry

I barely scratched it and I don’t know If it got infected

My question is are these bumps natural?

And does it look infected? It’s right in the middle of glans (upper side)

Ps : I shower almost everyday and clean the glans with water only and I dry it well

everything looks fine, normal and healthy
I can not see a tiny bump in amongst all the other tiny bumps
its great you are using only water to wash with
may I suggest that you use a water based lube to masturbate with
and maybe use a coconut oil once a week on your glans
