Yes, it’s started to scab. Avoid sex for now. Wash with soap and water twice daily and apply Savlon cream or another antiseptic after washing to keep it clean.

I think the problem has resolved but as to what caused it I can’t tell. Perhaps it was a reaction to the spermicide at the outset. I don’t think it is cancer. If you need reassurance you should try to see your doctor and allow them to examine you.
