Are these only burst blood vessels on the skin of the penis or something else? Can they heal?

Hello there! I've had these (please see the pics below) for a long, long time. They don't hurt at all, but they're extremely unaesthetic. They're like burst little spider-web like capilaries on the skin of my penis. They get especially visible when the penis is semi-erect or erect (because the skin becomes very transparent and stretched). I just thought they're because of the "death grip" I'm masturbating with but they've been getting more and more pronounced. To be honest, I still do a pretty powerful grip, so yeah, I know that's what I should stop first. Nevertheless, is there anything I can do so these will dissapear? As I said, they're very unpleasing visually, even if there's no pain or discomfort whatsoever. Are they actually normal and my penis is just veiny? Are they burst vessels from harsh masturbation/sex? If so, could they be dangerous? Is there any way to make them go away?
