Are these swollen lymph nodes?

Yesterday I noticed this bump on the front left of my neck. It doesn’t seem like there’s a corresponding one on the right. No pain and not hard, more squishy. When I sleep on my left side, all I can describe is it feels like I can notice my heartbeat more? If that makes sense.

Picture 3: Also behind my left ear, I noticed a small hard bump. I typically get acne there so maybe that’s it, but I don’t know.

I don’t feel sick or anything.

Updated with better pics. Also, I got an appointment to see a dermatologist later this month so maybe he can check my neck for me.

I’d like to add that I can sometimes hear brief gurgling sounds in my throat after drinking any kind of liquid (water, soda, etc.).
