After drying off after a bath a couple of weeks ago I noticed my inner lip of my vagina was itchy. I cant remember if I shaved or not that day. The area is itchy sometimes but other than that I've had no other "typical symptoms". Could anyone help identify what they might be? I have no feverish symptoms, no pain in the affected area, just slightly irritated.

Not in the last month or so no, I’ve been with the same guy for 7 years and have never experienced anything like this before.
I think its just irritation of some sort. the spots mightve been there but since its red in that area, they might look more visible. have you used any new soaps or anything?
thats how mine looked. its like it doesnt hurt, but i feel of and i shave ALOT.
