S'agit-il de papillomatose vestibulaire ou de verrues HPV ? Photo incluse.

I noticed those last week and I got an appointment and will get checked next week. I'm just very stressed and worried.

Looks like VP to me, but please let us know what the doctors say.

Looks like vp.

I have the same can you please tell me what does the doctor says ??

Please let me know what does the doctor says

Sorry I don’t have a helpful answer for you- however would you be able to tell me how to upload images? Thank you in advance

Log in on a pc

You need to be on a PC or laptop with a large window to add pictures.  If you are, then you should see some extra icons towards the top right of where you type, and the right hand icon (which I think is supposed to look like the sun over hills) will add images.

The pic I've attached here shows the icons:

Unfortunately my doctor could not diagnose it and I have no idea what I do! I’ll try to schedule an appointment with another doctor.

Sorry (and surprised) to hear that, but thanks for the update.  Did you see a GP or a gyno?  (I'd expect a gyno to be able to take one look and say what it is, so I'm guessing you saw a GP)

I still think it's VP, but I'd definitely see another doctor if I were you.  If you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

A gyno. He said he believes it is fungal infection. I highly doubt that. VP is very rare but I’m surprised he’s never heard of it.

I'm also surprised that a gyno wouldn't have heard of VP, but he may just call it something different.  These all seem to be synonyms:

Pseudocondylomata

Hirsuties papillaris vulvae

Pruritic squamous papillomatosis

Hirsutoid papillomas of the vulva

Vulvar vestibular papillomatosis (VVP)

There are widely varying estimates of how common it is:

"In a prominent study done in London, only one percent of women showed vestibular papillomatosis although other authors have found a prevalence between 5.1 to 33%." [PMID: 9091009]

I'd also be very surprised if it's a fungal infection.  Did the doc prescribe any anti-fungals or say no treatment required?  I'd be very interested to hear what a second doctor says if you see one.

Did you figured out what is it?

I do have that one too. But I havent had doctor appointment. Mine was more in liner form both sides of my labia minora. Still have to go Gyne to have check up.

i need help i dont know if this is vp or genital warts it's a bit itchy when i touch and try to scratch it. please let me know what you think? is it also possible that you suddenly get a vp randomly? i had sex a week ago before i have noticed this i dont usually check on my vagina so im not sure if i already have this before i had sex i only checked it after i felt a bit itchy down there. Im also pretty sure i have candida (yeast infection) which is said to be really itchy too so idk if its these things that are making it itchy or the yeast infection

its VP dont worry

I noticed these last week. They were not there at the beginning of September. I have had discomfort in the vaginal vestibule for a maybe about 6 months or so during intercourse. The last couple months the vulvar has been pretty tender and feels almost raw at and around the vestibule. These spots are more oblong and seem to be separated at the base. I am pretty freaked out though as my husband cheated on me. It was 10 years ago but from what ive read, many stds can be dormant for years. P.s. I do have a history of yeast infections and BV. Does this look like warts or vp? image

i have this too, i think its vp let me know if you find out for sure

did you find out what it is. i have bumps that look just like this.

what your dr said?
