Are these warts, 2 weeks since noticing?

I noticed these dots/ bumps for a week now. It's on my right upper lip. The first pic is from Sunday when I first picked at them. The second is this morning, Tuesday, after I picked at it again. I am wondering if these are warts, folliculitis, or what please help These are from two weeks ago.

This one is from today after shaving.

(They are slightly difficult to pop, but when they do pop a white ball can be extracted) I know these are probably nothing to worry about, but since they are an oddity for me and never occurred before I'm freaking out. What do you think?

Looks like folliculitis to me.

Thanks it has improved, I’m the only one who notices them. The ones i picked at are still there, probably because of scaring. Anyhow I kind of wanted to cry when I looked in the mirror.
