Are these warts? Dr wasn't certain

Hi, I asked the forum a couple weeks ago, and opinions varied, this is an updated pic. Do these look like warts? I've a gyno appt next week on the 26th, my General Practitioner Dr wasn't convinced they were. I had genital warts three years ago.

and if its on your vagina lips and itches and painful then yes that is herpes

lichen sclerosus, skin condition, not contagious. have had for 30 years

doesn’t itch, can’t feel it, not painful. just is there. never have had herpes, no new partner. had warts three years ago, nothing since.

saw GP and my gyno, both have confirmed not warts! just a change in skin texture and colour.

could be bowenoid papulosis, keep them under observation if they are slightly bumpy or increase in numbers.

thanks for the info. the gyno I see is a part of the vulvar skin department so is very well versed and said no need for biopsy, I will mention the condition you suggested when I go back for my annual check up.
